With TeamViewer we can remotely control any computer as if we were sitting right in front of it. When you launch the application your computer system will receive a unique ID and a random password will be created each time the application is started. You give one of our technicians the Unique ID and Password the software creates for you and we can get to work for you!
During your remote repair session YOU will be able to observe all repairs LIVE by watching your screen while we solve your problem. Your computer remote pc repair mouse will actually move around on your computer screen right before your eyes. You can even watch and learn! Plus, YOU will be able to take control at any time.
When we are finished, you can permanently remove the application or leave it on for future services. This entire process keeps you, our client in complete control at all times, during and after the repair. We would be more than happy to explain this process over the phone to clarify any concerns that you may still have. The same CRANDD Certified Technicians we send out for On-Site calls will assist you in most of your computer needs without leaving out office at a fraction of the price.
